Carboxylic Grades

Synthetic latex is a water dispersion based on styrene-butadiene or carboxylic styrene-butadiene rubber copolymers (SBR) manufactured in an emulsion copolymerization with the use of anionic emulsifiers. Depending on the intended application, latex can include different modifiers.

The range of use of synthetic latex includes production of gelled and non-gelled foam, finishing of fabrics and floor carpets or impregnation of non-woven materials. It is also used for production of asphalt-latex emulsions for roof sealing in the building sector.

Synthetic latexes are produced by SYNTHOS Dwory located in Poland.
